　　“所有的建筑材料都会从货运码头上去，不会经过客人区域。那个区域是现在的员工区域，家居软装体验馆>，客房要是能看到那边的已经被留空停售了。我们2012年也有一次装修，那次其实工程也不大，就是换一些木头，但是因为那个对客人区域有影响，所以那时候整个酒店都关了，完全不接客。但是这次是局部的，整个计划也是以货运码头为主的，开家居饰品店，所有东西都在那边进出。”

　　The construction will start from 1st May, 2015, the external work will finished by July and interior by November. The island is 100,000 sqm, the new water villa will be located in the spare lagoon side. 5 Lagoon Villa from 1101-1105, 2 Beach Villa 1331,1332, 6 Garden Villa from 1421-1426 will be block to ensure this will not effect to our in house guests.

　　We are thrilled to be able to announce that there are some exciting changes on the horizon for you and your future

　　clients of Viceroy Maldives!

　　Commencing June 5th, 2015, we will be closing the resort for an extensive refurbishment program which will

　　encompass significant upgrades to all of our villas and public areas. A second jetty will be introduced which will

　　contribute to a significantly improved and more comfortable guest arrival experience.

　　Other enhancements to the guest experience will include:

　　! Adding a 4th restaurant perched over the water with sunset and lagoon views, serving the freshest local

　　seafood with many ingredients sourced from farms on our neighboring islands.

　　! Our Treehouse restaurant will be upgraded to allow your clients to experience ‘feet in the sand’ dining.

　　! Our Water Villas will benefit from additional privacy screening for the terraces and over water plunge pools.

　　! Creating an air-conditioned Lounge for our guests for wet weather activities to include games, a library, and

　　of course, space to just relax in. This Lounge will also provide a comfortable environment for those guests

　　who are departing the island who have had to vacate their villas.

　　! Finally, to further enhance the already attentive and customized service to our guests, we will also provide

　　personal Villa Hosts for each villa, available 24 hours a day.
